The Return Policy only qualifies if the product was purchased through Agabela.com. All purchases made in the Malls or elsewhere must be taken care of at the location in which the products were purchased.
If you have a return for product purchased through Agabela.com, please contact our Customer Service to issue a RGA receipt (Returned Goods Authorization). To ensure proper handling at our facility, you will be asked to include the RGA receipt with your returned product.
For Products that have been purchased on Agabela.com simply return the unused product to our distribution center within 30 days from the date of purchase in its original condition and packaging with the original purchase receipt, and we will issue a full refund for the full price of the product (less shipping costs). We also will be happy to exchange the product for another with no shipping charges for the new product.
Of course, we do not provide refunds the product has been used. Since our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate the same care and concern from our customers. Please note that it takes between 30 to 60 days for us to process refunds. After the process is completed, we will issue the refund via PayPal only.
If your online order arrived with incorrect products or has missing or damaged items, please contact our customer care experts.
Please note that Agabela does not operate retail locations, refunds or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location must be handled directly with that location, and will be subject to their specific policies
